Liverpool City Council Children’s Services are required to deliver a number of statutory and paid for services. This ranges from the allocation of school places, the provision of early years funding, Education Health and Care Plan assessments, Education Welfare Improvements and prosecutions for non-attendance and tracking of all students throughout their education Journey. Capita ONE provides a single integrated solution to facilitate the delivery of these services, as well as providing a comprehensive ‘single’ record of children and young people across the City. Liverpool City Council currently use the following suite of Capita ONE modules: • ONE data exchange • ONE Provider Portal – Early Years Head Count • ONE provider portal – 2 Year Old Funding • ONE Exclusions • ONE PRIME Bi Portal • ONE Admission and Transfers Online • ONE Early Years • ONE Attendance • ONE CSS • ONE Pulse • ONE Transport • Oracle Processor Licence • ONE SEN • Route Finder • ONE B2B Student • ONE API All We are seeking to identify the capability within the market to provide maintenance and support of the module suit as well as a diagnostic support package and online web-server service. The maintenance and support should cover: • Continued development and operational functionality of the system • Complying with revisions and new versions of relevant industry standards and protocols and meeting new and revised statutory requirements • The diagnosis and correction of intrinsic errors in the Software Materials and the development and provision of New Releases • Technical advice by telephone, internet access, post, electronic mail or any other means in respect of a New Release This is a soft market testing exercise for information purposes only; this does not constitute a formal offer or may not result in a contract.
