Tender description
Medway Council is tendering on behalf of Sevenoaks Council their property advice services. The requirement has been split into lots and tenderers have the opportunity to bid for 1 or more lots but should note that they need to be able to provide all of the services under the lots they are interested in. The initial contract duration is for 2 years with the option to extend, on an annual basis for 3 further years Should you have any questions relating to the matter please raise them through the Kent Business Portal where the answers will also be published. This opportunity is for the 2 lots from the original tender which were not awarded, namely ‘Rating’ and ‘General Property/Estate Management’.
