Tender description

Th e scope of this project is to have in place solutions to manage the design and media advertising requirements of Hull City Council. This will be achieved by dividing into 5 lots: LOT 1 — Appointing a single Media Buying Agency (MBA) to procure its media advertising needs. LOT 2 — Awarding a design framework, this will consist of a maximum of 8 suppliers to undertake the design requirements of the Authority that cannot be fulfilled internally. Further competitions will be run with the successful suppliers to award specific design work. LOT 3 — Award of a single supplier to manage the press adverts for Theatres and Halls & the design of seasonal brochures. LOT 4 — Award of a single supplier to design and build a number of exhibition stands for Green Port Hull. LOT 5 — Award of a single supplier to deliver marketing and PR activities for Green Port Hull and Green Port Growth. The requirement will include for modifications and tailoring of the stand(s) to suit the exhibition size and detailed requirements at each of the venues, transportation of the exhibition to, and from, each of the exhibition venues. A single supplier to deliver marketing and PR activities for Green Port Hull and Green Port Growth.
