Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 Administrative social, educational, healthcare and cultural services. Sunderland City Council are looking to put in place a contract for the Provision of Local Healthwatch for a period of 4 years with the ability to extend for a further 2 periods of up to 12 months each executable at the sole discretion of the Council. The tender will be conducted via the online NEPO portal. You must register as a supplier on the NEPO ProContract system to participate at the following link https://www.nepo.org/suppliers/portal Suppliers will be required to express an interest in this opportunity on ProContract. Suppliers will then be granted access to the tender documentation. Once the above steps are complete you will be required to complete and submit the tender documentation. Healthwatch Sunderland has been in place since 1.4.2013 and is the local, independent consumer champion for health and social care. Providing a focus for the voices of citizens and ensuring that local people and communities have a stronger influence and challenge on how health and social services are commissioned and provided in Sunderland. The contract is for the arrangements for a revised offer for Local Healthwatch (Healthwatch Sunderland) for an initial period of 4 years with the addition of 2 further extensions of up to 12 months each executable at the sole discretion of the Council.
