Care Quality Commission (‘CQC’) is inviting Expressions of Interest in a potential requirement for provision of e-services for Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. Expressions of interest are sought from approved e-Broker organisations who can: — Offer an e-bulk platform to facilitate electronic administration of DBS checks; — Provide bespoke ID checking services for staff; and — Provide management information to enable CQC to manage, verify and track all applications. To express an interest, please send an e-mail (quoting reference CQC PER 018) to commercialcontracts@cqc.org.uk When responding, please confirm your organisation's name and contact details. Please note that at this stage CQC only wishes to gather expressions of interest only in this potential service requirement — this notice is Not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise. Its purpose is to provide CQC with information to potentially inform future service requirements which CQC may or may not pursue.
