Connecting Young Hackney Framework consisting of 2 Lots for the provision of a range of high quality universal and targeted play and youth work programmes or projects for children and young people aged 6-19, and up to 25 for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). Year round youth work programmes through centre based, outreach or detached youth programmes. Youth work projects and opportunities focused on areas such as sports, culture, media, arts or STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine).
