Tender description
Plymouth City Council acts as Corporate Parent for children who are looked after and places these vulnerable children with a number of organisations for both fostering and residential care. As Corporate Parent, Plymouth City Council is seeking to ensure that the quality of provision across this sector is high and has made available some seed funding to deliver workforce development training to support on-going training provided by the individual agencies. We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations that are able to deliver high quality workforce development training in the following three areas. Area 1. Behaviour Management and de-escalation (managing risk) Area 2. Leadership and Management (Residential providers only) Area 3.
