Tender description

This tender is the fourth procurement activity relating to the Eastern Partnership Connect (EaP Connect) project. The EaP Connect project sets out to create a regional high speed internet network dedicated to research and education (R&E) across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. EaPConnect will interconnect the national research and education networks (NRENs) in these six Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries and integrate them into the pan-European GÉANT network, enabling scientists and academics to collaborate and engage in innovative, data-intensive international projects. This procurement seeks to establish one or more contracts for high capacity point to point links connecting the GEANT network in specific point to the NREN PoP in the Ukraine. The minimum connectivity service capacity is 10 Gbps. Contracts that may be awarded from this procurement will run for a maximum term of 3 years. There will be a bidders event on Friday 18th December 2016.
