Tender description
The University is tendering for a 3D Scanner. The scanner should have the following features: • Fully portable – weighs less than 6kg • Waterproof • Includes carry case / backpack • Includes a tripod • Wireless capability • Good Battery life • Range: approx. 150m • Ranging error: ±2mm • Built in camera (if needed) • Field of view (vertical/horizontal): 280° / 360° • Data storage: as large as possible • Scanner control: Touchscreen display • Global Positioning System (GPS): Integrated GPS is desirable (if needed) • Any software to be included – including updates for 24 months. Must be Windows compatible. Mac compatibility is desirable • 2 year warranty is required • Annual collaboration and maintenance for scanner to be included. Any callout charges are to be outlined • Training packages to use scanner is desirable • Please specify any delivery charges Please be advised that the maximum budget for this project is £37,500.00 including VAT
