Tender description

The works consist of stripping out some of the existing floor finishes and timber battens, installing new timber flooring. Installing new fire doors and rehanging existing doors. Ensuring that the existing fire detection and emergency lighting systems are in accordance with current H&S regulations. Supplying new escape route signage, and fire extinguishing equipment, providing firestopping to all openings and voids. New structural steel beams and fire encasement works to existing and new steel beams. Work to existing ceilings and provision of new suspended ceilings. Repainting existing painted walls together with associated mechanical and electrical works. Note – M&E works to be completed by the Council’s MTC contractor.
