Tender description

The aim of the Service is to make a substantial contribution to the improvement of the health and wellbeing of the population that live, work or are educated in Northumberland. The service will contribute to a reduction in health inequalities amongst the population and facilitate the attainment of indicators contained within the Public Health Outcomes Framework for 2016-2019 and the Children and Young People’s Health Outcomes Framework.
