Tender description

The Police ICT Company, through the East Midlands Strategic Commercial Unit (EMSCU) wish to notify all interested parties of this Prior Information Notice (PIN), of the opportunity to supply software solutions to support operational ‘Bluelight’ services, initially, to Police Services located in England and Wales. Software solutions will be required to demonstrate robust training and recording capabilities relating, but not limited to, Firearms Access Control, Asset Management, Training and Management Information Systems. Competition will be through the UK's Public Contract Regulations 2015 ‘Open Procedure’, the proposed timetable for which is included in this PIN notice. Interested parties are requested to contact Rene de Sousa at rene.desousa@emscu.pnn.police.uk to register their interest. A Supplier Briefing Event is being held on 23.11.2016 in Oxfordshire. It would be appreciated if those organisations wishing to attend the Supplier Briefing reply by 5 pm on 16.11.2016.
