Tender description

The Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint a provider to enter into enter into a Single Framework Contract for the delivery of Stage two of the Digital Transformation project. A key development partner organisation is required to have involvement in the scoping, specifying, prototyping, building and implementing phases on the below headline recommendations to complete the second stage of the overall project. The Hub has been awarded 1 000 000 GBP capital funding by Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) to enable the enhancement of the digital offer to companies across Greater Manchester. The investment in digital infrastructure is being split into several projects within an overall Digital Transformation project ensuring unified data integration across all platforms and enabling increased efficiency and flexibility in the delivery of the Hub services. All services are to be completed by March 2017 however the contract has an option to extend for a 1-year subject to further funding being available.
