Soft Market testing is a method of gathering Market Intelligence on a given subject area by engaging with the providers of the goods / services required. The existing management arrangements for operating the Rushcliffe Joint Use Leisure Centre will end in January 2017. The purpose of this exercise is to question how the property could be managed and look for innovation to deliver efficiencies and best value.
