Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, particularly with documenting requirements for non technical users and translating into technical requirements for application developers. Knowledge of systems/software design and development lifecycles. Knowledge of the project lifecycle. Nice to Haves Knowledge of UML and standard analytical tools.
