Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to access the current market and interest in the supply of a Teaching, Research and Patrol Vessel for the joint purchase between University of Southampton Ocean and Earth Sciences (UoS OES) and the Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (SIFCA). The vessel will be certified as a Domestic Passenger Vessel (20 passengers) AND a Category 2 workboat with a top speed of 20 knots. It is intended to hold a Bidder Event for information and discussion about this requirement, on Friday 2.12.2016 in Southampton UK. This is not a call for competition but pre market assessment to inform future requirements. Capacity for this event is circa 30 people and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Only email applications to named contact above will be accepted. All presentation material will be made available on request following the event to anyone unable to attend.
