Replacement Insulation Works on AHU External Ductwork & Pipework Services

Tender description

The Trust is looking to undertake the replacement of insulation works across a number of its roof mounted plant systems. ‘A’ Block and ‘M’ & ‘E’ Block are due to commence upon award, for completion during this financial year. The Contractor is advised that the Works to R Block and the TCT Block will be required to be carried out in the 2017/2018 Financial Year with a likely start on or about the 3rd April 2017. The Contractor is advised that the Works to P Block will be required to be carried out in the 2018/2019 Financial Year with a likely start on or about the 3rd April 2018. The Contractor is required to price each element of works on an individual basis within the overall scope of works as the Trust due to internal operational issues may have to re-sequence/potentially omit items of work as necessary. The Contractor must allow for this in their pricing.
