Tender description
The selected suppliers to DCC will have experience in delivering negotiated compensation claims under the Water Industry Act 1991 and be able to support DCC in the sale of any properties deemed surplus to requirements in addition to general estate management support. The 3 distinct areas of work captured under this requirement are as follows: 1. Land Agency securing access to private land for DCCs operations schemes and settling compensation under the Water Industry Act 1991 and other relevant legislation. 2. The disposal of surplus property on behalf of DCC by private treaty, auction or tender. 3. General Estates Management Services.
