PP16063 Syrian Vulnerable Persons Relocation Scheme

Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton Council shall be commissioning a support service under the Home Office Syrian Vulnerable Person Resettlement (VPR) Programme. It is our intention to resettle approximately twenty (20) people per year for the next 5 years within the City of Wolverhampton. In brief the provider shall provide the following service: Provision of suitable furnished accommodation Provision of interpretation and translation General Orientation promoting independence Support Planning Key working Identified housing is fit for purpose Housing related support Referral to Health Care including access to Primary and Secondary care Access to Education both adults and children Assessment and delivery of ESOL by an accredited provider.
