Tender description

The requirement is for the supply and delivery of Life Science Consumables for use by United Utilities in house UKAS accredited water and waste water testing laboratory. It is intended to establish a Framework Agreement for an initial term of 3 years, with an option to extend the term for up to an additional 2 years. Suppliers will be required to comply with the UU requirement of UU undertaking quality tests prior to the dispatch of new batches of items. The Supplier will be required to manage stock holding to ensure security of supply and fluctuations in demand are met. Please refer to the ITN documents (issued in final draft with this Pre-qualification) for further details. The purpose of this tender process is to award a Framework Agreement for the supply (purchase) of Life science Consumables. Suppliers will be required to provide a minimum of 25 % of the products listed, it is anticipated that a maximum of 2 contract awards will be made at the end of this process.
