Tender description

The requirement is for the supply and delivery of bottles and containers for use by United Utilities in house UKAS accredited water and waste water testing Laboratory. It is intended to establish a Framework Agreement for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend the term for an additional 2 years. Suppliers will be required to ensure that only goods of the required quality are supplied. Suppliers will be required to comply with the UU process of quality tests undertaken by UU prior to the despatch of any new batches of bottles. The Supplier will be required to manage stock to ensure security of supply and fluctuations in demand are met Please refer to the ITN (Issued in final draft with the PQQ) for further details. The purpose of this tender process is to award a Framework Agreement for the supply (purchase) and delivery of Laboratory Bottles and Containers. The intention is to make a single contract award, Suppliers will be required to have the ability to fulfil all of the requirements.
