Field Services software to integrate with existing front office functions and communicate with field service personnel. The field service component is intended to integrate with front office functions allowing field service personnel to be able to: — accept, reject and update jobs sent to them, — get information about a customer, asset or premises involved in a job, — get information about the assets involved in a job, — get information to support the job from a variety of internal and external sources, including photo, video, — identify equipment that is required to complete the job, — identify related jobs for the customer, at the asset/premise or in the vicinity, — report job status back to corporate functions, — complete a job with the relevant required information, — ask for additional work to be carried out where applicable.
