Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and is managing this process for and on behalf NHS England North (Yorkshire and the Humber) (the Commissioner) The Commissioner is seeking expressions of interest from potential providers for a 2 year Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) pilot service commencing 1.12.2016. There will be an option to extend the proposed pilot service for up to a maximum of 1 year. Please see II.2.14 of this notice on where to access this tender. The closing time and date for completed tender returns is 12 noon on 26.10.2016. A 2 year APMS pilot service commencing 1.12.2016 with an option to extend for 1 year, List size taken as of 1.7.2016: weighted 5180 / raw 6700. Contractual Opening Times: Main site: 8:00 — 18:30 Monday to Friday: Branch site: 8:00 — 15:00 Monday to Friday. The service is to deliver essential, additional, and enhanced services to registered patients and to work with the commissioner, the CCG, local stakeholders and the registered patients to improve health outcomes for the registered population. The practice is a member of NHS Airedale, Wharfedale, and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and will therefore be eligible to participate in any local schemes offered by the CCG.
