Tender description

Norfolk County Council is commencing re-procurement of its community support services for working age adults with mental health needs. The range of services included have a current value of £2.9m per annum. They are recovery focussed and encompass: — 24/7 staffed supported housing services. — Community based floating support services including housing related services and personal assistant/ support worker services. Providers will be expected to work with people who may be difficult to engage, who will have dual diagnosis, who may have personal care needs and with vulnerable women. The commissioning will be Norfolk wide and cover both rural and urban areas. An event for potential providers will be held on Monday 12 December between 14:00 and 17:00 at County Hall, Martineau Lane Norwich, NR1 2DH. Providers who wish to attend should contact Debra Glover (debra.glover@nhs.net) to register for a place. Providers are limited to a maximum of 2 places and depending on interest this may be limited to 1 place per provider.
