Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England (Cumbria and the North East) and NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group are carrying out a procurement for Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS) within the Hartlepool area. The aim of the service is to deliver a comprehensive Alternative Provider Medical Service for patients primarily resident inn Hartlepool. The basic principles of the open procurement route will be followed for this procurement to test the capacity,capability and technical competence of Tenderers in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Potential Tenderers are advised to form their own view on whether TUPE applies, obtaining their own legal advice and carrying out due diligence. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this procurement and communicate with tenderers, accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to tenderers and all communications with NECS, will be conducted via the portal hosted by PROACTIS the managed service provider for the NECS electronic tendering system, available at https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS navigating to the procurement reference NHSE39.
