Tender description
The works consist of taking up the existing floor finish and skirting boards, removing fixtures and fittings and storing for re-use, cleaning existing concrete, cutting out and repairing existing concrete and screed, installing new tiled flooring and associated items. Mechanical works will be completed by the Council’s MTC contractor.
