Tender description
In its report published in February 2016 the independent Barking & Dagenham Growth Commission recommended a Borough-wide regeneration vehicle to manage the delivery of the Borough’s housing and regeneration plans. The council has now approved the implementation of such a vehicle, which has provisionally been named ‘Be First’.
