Tender description

The Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a dynamic organisation(s), or partnership of organisations, to deliver a programme of community led health improvement activity that will complement its strategic direction for health improvement and the work of its own staff and many partners. The programme will work with adults aged 16 and over in areas of deprivation, along with population groups who experience significant social and health inequalities. The programme will have the fundamental aim of building capacity at both individual and community levels. The successful supplier will be able to work collegiately, with existing partnerships and in forming new partnerships.
