Tender description

The Provider will undertake a review and analysis of the technical, operational, legal and regulatory impacts of potential DAC recommendations. Issues that the DAC are likely to ask the Provider to provide advice on include: The operational barriers to the participation of industry firms in an expanded Dormant Assets Scheme and how these may be overcome; The legal and regulatory issues impacting the recommendations the DAC makes to Government and options analysis regarding how these might be removed to facilitate successful Scheme implementation;
