Tender description

Nitrogen & Compressed Air Plant. The new CA facility will produce oil-free, dry compressed air, dried to -40 Pressure Dew Point (PDP) and will produce flowrates of 10,567m3/hr with an output pressure of 8barg minimum, but no more than 10barg, at ambient temperatures. The facility shall be designed and installed to ensure a guaranteed, uninterrupted gas supply, including a built in capacity to allow for any scheduled maintenance downtime and statuary inspections. N2 and CA are fundamental to some of the processes and activities on the SFL site, and as such cannot be subjected to long shutdown periods. The installation work will include the provision for ensuring that the site supply of N2 and CA are uninterrupted (where practicable) during the installation phase, and final tie-ins performed by the contractor must keep disruption of supplies to an absolute minimum.
