However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The fundamental purpose of this Contract is for the Supplier to deliver empty skips to the Customer's Depot in Lincoln, and to collect loaded skips from the Customer's Depot and return them to the Supplier's Site. The service also includes the Supplier to deliver empty skips to the Customer's Sites within the City of Lincoln, and to collect loaded skips from the Customer's Sites and return them to the Supplier's Site. The Supplier will also accept waste delivered by the Customer's Vehicles to the Supplier's Site. There is also a requirement for the Supplier to provide skips to the Customer's Site at Hartsholme Country Park. The Supplier will also dispose of the waste collected in the skips and the waste delivered to the Suppliers Site. The Contract term is 2 years, with the option to extend by 12 months, with a further option to extend by another 12 months for a total of 4 years.
