Lot 1: Static Universal Mechanical Property Testing System A 100 kN static universal mechanical property testing system is required to provide the versatility and high-performance solutions necessary for accurate and repeatable static material and component testing. Lot 2: Mechanical Fatigue Property Testing System A system is required to provide the versatility and high-performance solutions necessary for accurate and repeatable dynamic fatigue of material and component testing up to 100 kN. A 100 kN static universal mechanical property testing system is required to provide the versatility and high-performance solutions necessary for accurate and repeatable static material and component testing. The system should be configurable for a wide array of tests, including tension, compression, bending, shearing and more. The system must be able to test a range of materials including plastics, elastomers, aluminium alloys, magnesium alloys, composites, steel, super alloys and more. The full system must include the load frame, controller, software, grips and fixtures, environmental chamber (elevated temperature), extensometers, power unit, and servicing. The system must include excellent integration of the various component parts, subsystems and software. It is required that the supplier provides a complete turn-key solution according to our purpose.
