Carriageway resurfacing works

Tender description

North Lanarkshire Council intends to appoint multiple contractors to a Framework Agreement for the provision of Carriageway and Car Parking Resurfacing / Reconstruction works. The scope of the works will cover undertaking resurface / reconstruction works to the existing road network and car parks within the North Lanarkshire Council geographical boundary. This procurement is driven by the requirement to extend the life of the road network, typically through the process of resurfacing and reconstruction works. The intention for these works is to be delivered throughout the year on a pre-planned resurfacing / reconstruction schedule.
