Car park building construction work

Tender description

Parking has been identified as an issue for Berkhamsted Town Centre so the Council commissioned Whyte Young Green to carry out a feasibility study in 2013 to look at the possibility of constructing a Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) on land at Lower Kings Road in Berkhamsted Town Centre. This commissioned confirmed the possibility of constructing a MSCP and the Council have recently been granted planning permission to construct a car park with a capacity of 280-312 spaces (depending on design). The Council are now looking for suitable company to carry out the construction which needs to be completed by mid-November 2017. This will be carried out on a design and build basis.
