The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services The Contract is for the provision of a Project Manager led Integrated Consultant Team ICT who will develop the Employers requirements through all RIBA plan of work stages 2013. Stage 1 Preparation and Brief Feasibility. Stage 2 Concept Design. Stage 3 Developed Design. Stage 4 Technical Design. Stage 5 Construction. Stage 6 Handover and Close Out. Stage 7 In use.
