15-135 Fire Extinguishers, Maintenance & Service

Tender description

Rotherham MBC are inviting bids from qualified provider(s) to maintain and service Fire extinguishers, this could be either a combination of Foam, Water, Co2, Blanket, Dry Powder, wet chemical or Hose reels. It is also expected that they will have the capability to replace or repair, faulty or damaged equipment with like for like or equivalent products. The provider(s) is to cover approximately 300 locations within the borough of Rotherham and they must be able to provide a detailed inspection programme and where necessary offer training or expert advice regarding extinguishers, some of these locations will also require DBS checks. These services are requested by the Emergency and Safety section on behalf of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, and will encompass all Authority buildings, schools and any other joint building partnerships.
