WP3270 - Extension works to the existing Fibbersley Park Primary School

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint one supplier to undertake a double story extension to Fibbersley Park Primary School, the local authority has a statutory obligation to ensure that sufficient school places are available to meet projected demand / need, and the Department for Education provides funding to authorities to meet this obligation in the form of the Basic Need Capital grant. The procurement process being used is Open procedure to include Stage 1, Pass/Fail questions and stage 2 Award Criteria. Bidders are permitted to include in their tender submission the use of suitable alternative products, as a substitute to those included in the published specification. Any alternative products will only be deemed acceptable by Walsall Council if they are equivalent in quality and performance and where the Bidder includes guarantees in the tender submission to demonstrate this to the satisfaction of Walsall Council.
