Tender for the Evaluation of Made in North Tyneside

Tender description

North Tyneside Council wish to engage with one supplier with the capability to evaluate the whole Made in North Tyneside programme on an ongoing basis from November 2016 to the end of project in March 2019 unless an extension is granted then this contract maybe extended also. The evaluator would be expected to report the results to the Project Manger at stages throughout the lifetime of the project. The stages will be agreed at the contract inception meeting but it is likely there would be three to four stages one being a final comprehensive evaluation report completed at the end of the MINT delivery term, currently March 2019.
