Tender description

A national framework agreement with multiple suppliers for vehicle telematics provision to public sector organisations. The requirement is split into 2 lots; Lot 1 Lease of Vehicle Telematics and Associated Products & Services, Lot 2 Outright Purchase of Vehicle Telematics and Associated Products & Services. To express an interest: (a) Go to www.eastmidstenders.org, (b) Register (c) Search for tender opportunity ‘545_17’, (d) Express an interest. Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and tender documentation is not available yet. At this stage you can only express an interest in the future tender opportunity. This lot covers the lease of vehicle telematics devices and associated products and services. Economic operators are invited to comment on the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. A copy of the Framework Agreement will be sent to all economic operators that have expressed their interest in tendering for this future opportunity via the ‘Messages’ tool on www.eastmidstenders.org. Any comments should be submitted to ESPO via the ‘Messages’ tool on www.eastmidstenders.org by 5pm on 30/11/2016. ESPO does not bind itself to accept any proposed changes. ESPO may not consider and may reject any proposed amendments submitted after this date. This lot covers the outright purchase of vehicle telematics devices and associated products and services. Economic operators are invited to comment on the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement.
