Technical analysis or consultancy services. Fleet Solid Support (FSS) Engineering and Project Support (FEPS). The Authority has a requirement for FSS Engineering and Project Support to support the Assessment phase of the Fleet Solid Support requirement. The FSS project is for the design and procurement of 3 support ships for the Royal Fleet Auxilliary (RFA). It is the intention that the FEPS Agreement will be a single Prime contract. The assessment Phase consists of 2 periods, pre-main ship build competition and during main ship build competition, both periods being up to a 2-year period each. It is anticipated that 20-30 % of the estimated value of purchases to be placed under the framework agreement will be placed at contract award with the remaining 70-80 % of requirements being contracted during the term of the Framework using the tasking process.
