The Supplier (and it’s staff / Key Personnel) shall be suitably experienced and have demonstrated experience of and competency in delivering services comparative to the size and complexity of the Client’s requirements as summarised below:- - Appointment of a suitably skilled, qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a telephony based out of hours emergency service to cover when our Customer Service Centre is closed. - The emergency service is to allow Customers to report and receive an appropriate response/action to repairs and anti-social behaviour incidents (ASB) outside of our core operating hours. - The Supplier will deliver a prompt and customer-focussed service, which supports, reflects and promotes the image of Bromford.
