Substance Misuse Services for Adults

South Tyneside Council would like to invite you to a Supplier Engagement Event for the forthcoming tender for Substance Misuse Services for Adults being held 9.30am - 11.30am Weds 30th November 2016 at the Learning Lounge, Hebburn Central, Glen Street, Hebburn, NE31 1AB. The outcome of this consultation will inform the forthcoming tender exercise which is anticipated to commence early 2017, for a contract commencement no later than Monday 2 October 2017. This event will be focused around sharing our ideas for the future model of service delivery of substance misuse services delivered to adults in South Tyneside. We intend to share our proposed service model and ideas and seek your feedback on how a new model will integrate substance misuse services to improve effectiveness for those requiring the service. We will also take you through the Council’s tender requirements and timeline. We anticipate publishing the draft model at least a week prior to this event and we would very much like your feedback on our proposals, in order to shape this service and the new specification.
