Tender description

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a Vehicle Tracking System for a long term 4 year contract. The current system has been in place since 2013 and is currently utilised in around 700 vehicles. The Authority wishes to revisit the market place given, in particular, the advances in Vehicle Tracking Systems, Cloud Technology, Mobile Computing and Driver Behaviour Analysis. The solution must be fully compatible with existing Councils systems and vehicle hardware.
