Soft Market testing Approach-Nottinghamshire County Council had previously invited tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Contract regulations 2015 for the supply of 2 mobile library vehicles. No compliant bids were received. The county council is inviting companies to complete a soft market testing questionnaire to ascertain what the market can offer in terms of ability to supply the said vehicles. Completed questionnaires must be returned via the above procurement portal by 12 noon Thursday 24th November 2016.
