SCC KS Training Suite Presentation Systems

Tender description

Surrey County Council are looking to procure equipment and systems to be installed into at least 4 existing Training/meeting spaces located in various locations across the organisations property portfolio. All equipment will be integrated with existing local systems and provide room facility uniformity for the training team and room users alike while operating in the various rooms as they alternate between locations. It is Surrey County Council’s interest to have 4 rooms fully installed by 31st March 2017 the successful supplier will be expected to eventually provide and install the other remaining room’s dependant on budget. In each location there will be the need for the following core equipment, software and systems: Interactive Touch Display Screen Video Communication and Capture Device Connectivity and Collaboration Audio System (All layouts for each room has been provided to SCC by Avalec) Attached is the layout for 10 rooms. Please make a bid for each room, so Surrey County Council can budget for additional rooms if needed.
