Tender description

Carry out the following services on a call off basis as and when required during the lifetime of the Contract. It should be noted that no levels of business can be guaranteed under the Agreement. It is anticipated that the maximum spend under the agreement will be 570 000 GBP during the three year period. — Supply 2.5 FTEs for the three year period to provide synthetic chemistry support to drug discovery teams at the University of Sussex. — FTEs to work closely with drug discovery teams at the Sussex Drug Discovery Centre (SDDC) whilst doing all wet chemistry work at the Contractor's premises. — Facilities to support all chemistry processes including product isolation and characterisation to be provided by the Contractor. — The synthetic chemists assigned to the project to undertake the synthesis of new chemical entities as directed by leaders at the SDDC. — Flexible resourcing is required dependent on project requirements. — Medicinal chemistry contributions would be encouraged but not required as part of the service.
