Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Lancashire) who wish to commission a Healthy Living Pharmacy — Training Provider Service. The aim of the service is to deliver training, support, assessment and quality assurance to Pharmacies wishing to become accredited as a Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) across Lancashire. The service is to commence from 3.1.2017 for a period of 2 years. The basic principles of the Open Procedure will be followed for this procurement utilising the Light Touch Regime in accordance with Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102). Please note the deadline for submission of all bids is 12:00 noon on 2.12.2016.
