Network Rail wishes to identify and work with a supplier who specialises in ensuring billing for energy and water is accurate and appropriate at our 18 managed stations. Network Rail requires a supplier to survey each of the 18 stations we manage, in order to assess the provision of utilities to all areas of the station. The supplier will work closely with Network Rail teams and their systems, and tenants to successfully fulfil the requirements of the engagement. The right supplier for Network Rail will have an in-depth working knowledge of utility services, metering, billing and customer relationship management, and will be able to demonstrate that sufficient resource is available to meet agreed contract timescales. A further requirement may also be sought to install MID compliant AMR/smart sub-metering to tenanted and other sub-served areas of the stations. Innovative funding and delivery arrangements might be sought to enable this. Bidders are invited to submit an additional proposal outlining their proposed approach, on the understanding that this additional work may not be implemented and that a further approach to market may be undertaken. Delivery methodology for the requirement above. 2. Recommended timescale to complete. 3. Intended gain-share proportions. 4.
