SRUC welcomes innovative suggestions from suppliers to meet its requirements. 1.1 General Legal Advice: o Commercial; o Employment; o Representation; o Dispute Resolution; o Updates on changes in law, legal developments and the potential impact of case law and associated judgements. 1.2 Specialist Legal Advice: o Commercialisation of Research; o International growth; o Intellectual Property; o Data Protection; o Public Sector; o Charity. 1.3 Property — Domestic and International: o Purchase; o Disposal; o Rental; o Development; o Construction. 1.4 Debt Recovery: o Issuing of Legal Letters; o Formal debt recovery action, including Court Action.
