Short description of the nature and quantity or value of supplies or services: Commercial Services Kent Ltd (a wholly owned business of Kent County Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitable providers to provide an individual or modular software system in whole or in part, that manages the business workflow for a fleet management company (short and long term hire arrangements), a vehicle engineering workshop (light and heavy fleet), bodyshop and MoT testing stations. Potential providers must have a proven track record in providing and implementing this type of software to drive business efficiencies and streamline processes as well as provide management and business performance information for reporting purposes. Should Commercial Services go out to procure these services, it is envisaged that this would follow a fully OJEU compliant procurement process. The expected timeline for completion and for the systems and processes to be implemented is the 31.3.2017.
